All items are made to order. This means your product is printed especially for you after your order is placed.
Processing times
Most orders are processed and sent to production shortly after purchase. Production times may vary depending on the product, print provider, order volume, and time of year.
Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it is shipped.

Countries we ship to
We currently ship only to selected countries shown at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to accept your order at this time.
Shipping addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address if the order has not already gone into production or been shipped.
Multiple items
If you order more than one item, your products may be shipped separately, especially if they are produced by different print providers.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, busy seasonal periods, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
Customs and import fees
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at JRSproject@protonmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
