Return and Refund Policy

All items in our shop are made to order, which means each product is printed especially for you after your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
wrong size ordered, change of mind, wrong colour chosen, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders.

Please check the size guide, product details, colour choice, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at JRSproject@protonmail.com

Please include:
your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Sizing

As each item is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size is ordered. Please check the size chart before purchasing.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order if production has not already started.

Returns address

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returned items sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Shipping countries

We currently only ship to selected countries shown at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to accept your order at this time.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
